FAQ - the witness in my case or my husband that is cheating on me lives in a State other than Georgia, can you help me?

Answer is usually, Yes.

The Georgia of Board of Private Detectives & Security Agencies has "limited license agreements" with other States for Private Investigative companies that are license in the State of Georgia.

If your case is initiated in the State of Georgia, a limited license agreement exists for us to work in the following States without any additional licensing or authorizations:

Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, Louisiana, North Carolina and Virginia.

For other States where no such agreement exists, such as South Carolina we have teaming or partnership agreements throughout the United States and Internationally with other Private Investigative companies.
